John Wick 3
Like many of you, John Wick kicked my ass when it was released in 2014. I went into John Wick: Chapter 2 expecting to be amazed with the fight scenes (which I was), but I has not anticipated that I would walk out of the theater talking about the worldbuilding of this new film. John Wick 3 is already in development, and I’m very excited to see more chapters in this world.
I recently spoke with Stahelski in anticipation of John Wick 2 at New York Comic-Con, and during course of our conversation, the discussion turned to Stahelski’s plans for a possible third film—which is already in the works:
While Aliens and John Wick 2 are obviously quite different in terms of their stories, Chad Stahelski revealed that he wanted to use the same approach as Aliens. Instead of making the same movie over again, the director revealed he wanted to stop "competing with the first one" and go outside of the box with this sequel. Here's what director Chad Stahelski had to say, in his interview with Collider .
It seems that a rejuvenated Keanu Reeves is just bursting with ideas for new installments into his best loved franchises as of late. Just over a week ago, Reeves shared his story pitch for a potential Bill & Ted 3, during a talk show appearance. Then, in an interview reported on earlier today, Reeves made it known that he’s up for returning to play Neo in a potential Matrix 4, provided the Wachowskis are willing to come back as both writers and directors.
